As a counterpart to Isabella’s lauded Washington, D.C. restaurant, the second location of Arroz offers a classic taste of Spain marked by tapas, pintxos, bocadillos, imported jamon and cheese, as well as sharable pans of baked bomba rice that are a hallmark of the dining experience. A sangria bar rounds out the drink offerings. Reservations are available.
